2010 Annual Business Meeting

Florida Hotel and Conference Center, Orlando

The 2010 annual meeting of members is scheduled for Saturday, October 23, 2010 at the Florida Hotel and Conference Center, Orlando.  All members are encouraged to attend.  All voting members must pick up their voting card at the conference registration booth.  If you are not registered to attend the conference, you are still encouraged to attend the business meetiing and will pick up your voting cards as you enter the meeting.

Meeting Agenda

The meeting agenda and the standing rules will be published in the conference program book.  Please make note of some changes to the standing rules so that you will be prepared when the meeting starts.  We appreciate your patience as we try to provide you with an efficient and effective business meeting.

Elections of Board Officers

The list of nominees will  be updated daily as we approach the conference date.  Please check back often to read the nominee bios and statements of intent.  Due to time limitations at the business meeting, candidates nominated from the floor may not have an opportunity to speak to the members prior to voting.  Any member considering running for office is encouraged to submit their nomination early and allow the members the opportunity to read their statement of intent and bio before voting.

Motions Committee

A motions committee will be appointed to review all motions prior to the business meeting.  Any motions to be considered should be submitted in writing on the motions form as soon as possible.  The motions committee will review the motion to make sure it is in compliance with Roberts Rules of Order and to assist the maker of the motion with any revisions if necessary.  Please see the guidelines for Making a Motion and the motions form.  You can email your completed motions form to the Motions Committee at:
